**Overview**:
Our Sales Specialists will be working closely with the management and our administrative department to achieve sales targets and drive the business forward.
The Sales Specialist is the expert adviser and consultant to our clients. You will be setting appointments with potential clients (leads), advising them on the best maintenance & landscaping solutions for their needs, accurately measuring the relevant areas, and issuing them an accurate quote to fulfill the services you prescribe. From there, you’ll be communicating with the Operations Manager to ensure the scope of work is well-communicated to the production team.
This isn’t a typical clock-in, clock-out job. It’s a results-heavy position. Meaning, you’ll be held accountable to hit the minimums but also provided with the runway to test and exploit your limits. This translates into an unlimited earning potential and a lucrative opportunity for high-performers.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Complete necessary sales and marketing training - provided by the company
- Educate clients on the services offered and the values of the company that set us apart from our competitors
- Increase client concentration by helping generate leads in localized areas of service
- Book and attend potential client appointments in person for a full landscape consultation
- Close sales and make bank for the company and for yourself
**Requirements**:
- Strong communication and conversational skills
- Reliability and punctuality with commitments
- Well dressed and presentable
- Prior sales experience and prior landscaping experience
- Valid driver’s license (G2 or G) and a clean driving record
- Reliable vehicle to commute to and from in-person appointments
- Cell phone with adequate data and a good computer in working shape
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months
**Salary**: $3,000.00-$5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

**Experience**:
- Landscape maintenance: 1 year (required)
