Join our team as a Product Manager and play a crucial role in the success of our Shopify apps. In this role, you'll dive into the ecommerce merchant market and the Shopify and Bold apps ecosystems to gain a deep understanding of our customers and their pain points. With your expertise in competitive analysis and pricing strategy, you'll work to stay ahead of the game and make data-driven decisions.
- This role is a 12 month contract with the possibility of converting to a full-time role
- This is a remote position

**What you'll do**:

- Conduct a comprehensive competitive analysis of our key apps
- Identify opportunities to enhance our products, including table-stakes features, new features, and marketing opportunities.
- Develop a pricing strategy that balances the need for revenue with a compelling value proposition for our customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and sales, to prioritize and execute on product roadmap.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and continually improve the customer experience.
- Monitor market trends and stay up-to-date on industry news to stay ahead of the competition.
- Communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap to stakeholders, including customers, investors, and team members.

**What we're looking for**:

- A work ethic that demonstrates dedication and commitment to Bold’s mission and belief in our BUILDERS Code
- 3-5 years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Understanding of the SMB Shopify e-commerce merchant
- Ability to get a Shopify test store up and running with key apps and integrations.
- Familiarity with Shopify and Bold apps ecosystems
- Previous experience in performing competitive analysesExperience evaluating or developing pricing strategies
