Quality Assurance Analyst

**About Us**:

- F&P Mfg., Inc.,_ is a subsidiary of _Ftech Inc_, in Japan, a leading Tier 1 Automotive Parts Manufacturer located in Tottenham, Ontario. Our core business is automotive component manufacturing and have been stamping, welding, painting and assembling automotive parts for our customers for more than 18 different current models for over 30 years.

**Shift**:Straight Days 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

**Position Summary**: You will perform data analysis using a variety of sources, including customer databases; generate dashboards and reports based on analysis and ensure reports are filed for historical review and long term analysis.

**Position Responsibilities**:

- Generate monthly Cost of Poor Performance report.
- Develop monthly quality reports to Senior Management.
- Update Q-Weekly reports (based on Customer Trouble Report portals).
- Maintain QA databases, various lists, invoices and reports.
- Maintain the Quality Award program and awards payout.
- Track various reimbursements related to quality rejects.
- Oversee invoice control within QA.
- Manage scrap reporting system.
- Coordinate the issuance of purchase orders for external sorting.
- Work according to all company and departmental 5S and Safety requirements.
- Other duties as required.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proficient with Microsoft Office (including Excel) / Computer database background.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Setting priorities and problem solving for workflow issues.
- Understanding of IATF 16949.
- Knowledge of data analytics.

**Education & Experience**:

- College level education in Quality Control and/or Data Management.
- Knowledge of Quality principles and concepts.
- Administration experience.

**Salary**: From $50,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:
