- Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for compliance and contract management? Do you have a track record of successfully managing supplier relationships? If so, we want you to join our team as a Supplier Manager.
- In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a diverse portfolio of suppliers, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies. You will also be responsible for performance management, including setting targets and measuring performance against those targets.
- You'll be working with a team of dedicated professionals, who are passionate about what they do and are committed to delivering results. You'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in our organization and be part of a team that is shaping the future of our industry.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire supplier management process, including compliance, contract management and performance management
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with supplier relationships
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure they are met
- Continuously monitor supplier performance and take corrective action as needed

**Job Requirements**
- Proven experience in supplier management, with a focus on compliance and contract management
- Strong knowledge of industry regulations and best practices
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to think strategically and make sound decisions
- Strong project management skills
