**Our Customer Service Agent Key Characteristics and Abilities**:

- Use our in‑house system to complete order entries
- Prepare quotes and manage claims
- Respond to requests from our dealers and installers
- Provide technical support for our residential and commercial products
- Provide technical support for our management tools and systems GaragaNet
- Perform various administrative tasks to support our sales and marketing teams
- Participate in the continuous improvement of internal processes

**The Customer Service Agent Profile we are looking for**:

- Experience in Customer service and/or technical support: 3 to 5 years
- Effective business communication skills - both verbal & written
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work in team
- Post-Secondary Diploma in relevant field: An asset
- Experience is more important than a degree
