**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Building and managing a project team to deliver the ServiceNow project on time, within budget and to the satisfaction of the customer.
- Coordinating with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure the ServiceNow platform meets the organization's needs.
- Oversee and manage development, testing, and deployment of ServiceNow changes, enhancements, and integrations
- Providing training and support to end-users of the ServiceNow platform.
- Managing and maintaining the ServiceNow instance to ensure it is operating at optimal performance.
- Collaborating with the development team to implement customizations and integrations as needed
- Managing and communicating project progress, issues, risks and timelines to stakeholders, and working with stakeholders to resolve issues
- Act as primary point of contact for ServiceNow related requests and escalations from stakeholders.
- Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the ServiceNow platform.
- Willing to travel 30%.

**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business or related technical discipline.
- 10 plus years of Project management experience.
- Experience with Metrics and Reporting, ServiceNow background, ITSM, CMDB, Service Catalog, ITIL
- Must have done at least one large scale ServiceNow implementation from start to finish - Required
- Experience managing Projects for Public sector clients will be an advantage
- PMP Certification Required
- ServiceNow experience is required for this position
