Bordered by the Crescent Drive Golf Course and only 20 minutes from downtown Winnipeg, Thermëa by Nordik Spa-Nature opened its doors in 2015. This relaxation and renewal centre focuses on thermotherapy practices and relaxation techniques from Scandinavian countries. **What we need**

We are currently seeking **Servers,** whose skills will contribute to our organisation’s mission. Their main role is to provide excellent customer service, serving customers quickly and efficiently by providing an attentive and unobtrusive service in a unique and memorable dining experience.

**What you’ll do**
- Greets customers, presents menus, answers questions, offers suggestions and takes orders;
- Provides fast, efficient, and courteous service;
- Prepares and serves beverages, wine and spirits according to established standards;
- Prepares invoices and collects payment;
- Effectively organizes, cleans and restocks service stations and dining areas;
- Performs opening and closing task checklists;
- Perform other related duties.

**Profile needed**

What is the profile needed in order to be successful in this position
- High school diploma;
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in food and beverage and customer service;
- Experience with a POS system; experience with Lightspeed would be considered an asset;
- Diploma in hospitality, would be considered an asset;
- Knowledge wine characteristics and pairings, would be considered an asset;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Very good physical condition and endurance; working in a standing position for long periods of time, ability to lift 40lbs (18 kg);
- Possess positive attitude, autonomy, and dynamism and a high attention to detail.

You will work on flexible schedule (days, evenings, weekends, holidays).

Hourly wage $13.50 plus gratuities.
