**Responsibilities**:

- Direct short dramas from pre-production to post-production
- Work closely with actors to guide performances and ensure emotional authenticity
- Collaborate with writers, editors, and the production team to achieve the project’s creative vision
- Ensure that all scenes are shot effectively and align with the overall story
- Provide on-set leadership and maintain smooth communication with the crew

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a director in short dramas, films, or television
- Strong ability to work with actors, guiding and improving their performances (performance-oriented directors are prioritized)
- A deep understanding of storytelling, pacing, and character development
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work within tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality output
