**What you will be doing**:

- Operate high-efficiency dishwashers at a constant pace.
- Ensure all dish-ware is sanitized to standards set by Fraser Health.
- Frequent cleaning of the floor near the dishwasher and surrounding areas.
- Maintain dishwasher chemical levels and cleaning supplies.
- Working with a team of cooks and back up line cooks during rush periods.
- Helps with minor prep work, portioning and order receiving.
- Memorize recipes, policies, procedures, and standard portion sizes.
- Provide and maintain a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment.
- Follow all kitchen health and safety regulations and guidelines.
- Stock various products.
- Responsible for general housekeeping as needed including receiving and storing supplies, sweeping floors, clean trash cans and remove trash when needed, replenishing supplies when stock is low.
