**ESSENCE OF THE POSITION**

The Pricing Analyst will be responsible for preparing and maintaining accounts associated with trading and the shipment of goods (import or export) for assigned clients, according to various modes of transportation. Creating and obtaining market rates, approval of orders, organize incoming data and managing invoices.

**RESPONSABILITIES**
- Proving competitive rates, issuing quotes according to the customer’s requirements, booking requests, building client relationships, and negotiating.
- Present rates and market information to customers and maintaining internal knowledge.
- Willingness to improve products and services.
- Source, manage and communicate with vendor partners for logistics solutions.
- Pricing negotiations with external carriers
- First point of contact for any discrepancies, as well an avid partner in escalations
- Improve and advise on a going basis the internal systems and procedures to increase efficiency transparency and costing accuracy.
- Work with sales operations and customer service to ensure propre and adequate transitions of new and existing business.
- Other tasks and duties as may be assigned support booking and handling operations shipment as required.

**Position Requirements**:

- College level diploma
- 1-3 years of experience
- Knowledge of Outlook, Excel and Word
- Knowledge of freight forwarding
- Bilingual - French and English

**Required Competencies**
- Strong attention to detail
- Organizational skills
- Ability to problem solve and react quickly to changes and challenges
- Excellent communication skills, oral and written (mainly in English)
- Relationship builder with a passion for customer service
- Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently

**Additional Asset**
- Training in international transportation, /or CIFFA certificate

**Work schedule**:

- Monday to Friday ( 9am - 5pm)

**Essence Du Poste**

Le coordinateur de la tarification et de la chaine d’approvisionnement a les responsabilités suivantes
- Examiner les demandes des clients et préparer des offres de tarifs de vente.
- Fournir des tarifs et des informations sur la marche aux clients et en interne.
- Fournir une assistance pour améliorer les produits et les services.
- Rechercher Gérer et communiquer avec les partenaires fournisseurs pour les éléments suivants:

- Les solutions logistiques la prestation de services et le calcul des couts
- Négociations de prix (transporteurs) ;
- Remplir le formulaire de demande de Devis;
- Faire remonter les problèmes de service a la clientèle au responsable approprie;
- Améliorer et conseiller en permanence les Systèmes et procédures internes afin d’accroître l’efficacité, la transparence et l’exactitude des couts.
- Participer aux discussions stratégiques relatives à l’approvisionnement, a la prestation de services et a la sélection des fournisseurs, et en assurer la supervision.
- Travailler avec les ventes les operations et le service a la clientèle pour assurer des transitions appropries et adéquates des activités nouvelles et /ou existantes.
- Produire des rapports et/ ou compiler des informations relatives aux prévisions aux mesures de volume et/ou la négociation de contrats.
- Gestion des fournisseurs aider à compiler, maintenir et mettre à jour les informations régulières sur les fournisseurs de toutes les stations de GMI
- Autres taches et fonctions pouvant être assignes.
