Bridge Construction Supervisor

We are currently seeking a skilled Construction Supervisor with Bridge Experience to join our team, focusing on heavy civil and bridge construction projects in the municipal and commercial sectors.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously with hands-on involvement when necessary.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Maintain attention to detail to meet or exceed quality standards.
- Utilize mobile devices for effective communication and documentation.
- Possess a valid driver's license and be willing to travel within our service area.

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in reading blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Strong understanding of construction contracts.
- Leadership and supervisory skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Extensive knowledge of power tools.
- Willingness to work overtime when necessary.
- Ability to perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Strong planning and management skills with attention to detail.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations on-site.
- Coordinate on-site contractors and communicate variations or issues with plans to managers and designers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $30.00-$50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 50 - 60 per week
