- Diriger le développement de la vision des produits, de feuilles de route et d'exigences clairement définies qui créent une excellente expérience numérique et stimulent le retour sur investissement des technologies actuelles;
- Travailler en collaboration avec les diverses équipes Talents et Culture, des collaborateurs et collaboratrices clés et des fournisseurs externes pour réaliser les visions des produits;
- Développer des stratégies novatrices autour des améliorations du système, des intégrations, de l'amélioration des processus et de l'expérience utilisateur et utilisatrice;
- Examiner en permanence les besoins de l'entreprise, affiner les priorités, définir les jalons et les livrables, et identifier les opportunités et les risques en fonction de l'évolution des besoins des différentes parties prenantes;
- Collaborer avec les principales parties prenantes afin de communiquer de nouvelles fonctionnalités, de créer des outils de formation sur les produits et de développer des formations;
- Se tenir au courant des tendances en matière d'expérience des employées et être proactif/proactive en proposant des améliorations de produits ou des innovations qui répondent aux besoins et aux attentes des employées et qui sont alignés avec les priorités;
**Analytique RH**
- Agréger les indicateurs en utilisant des outils d'analyse commerciaux et les produits actuels de l’entreprise;
- Évaluer et analyser en profondeur les données Ressources Humaines afin d’identifier les tendances ainsi que les principales forces, faiblesses, opportunités et menaces;
- Présenter les données à la direction d'une manière qui facilite la prise de décision et qui fournit des informations et des recommandations claires et pertinentes selon le contexte;
- Concevoir des tableaux de bord interactifs qui couvrent l'ensemble du cycle de vie des employées et qui permettent la visualisation des indicateurs de performance (_KPI_) - attraction, rétention, développement, efficacité de la gestion et autres KPI de l'entreprise;
- Identifier les indicateurs clés qui ne peuvent pas être suivis et élaborer un plan avec des collaborateurs et collaboratrices clés pour suivre et mesurer les données;
- Collaborer avec l'équipe Talents et Culture pour aider à l’élaboration des analyses du retour sur l’investissement des divers projets et initiatives avec des informations quantitatives et qualitatives;
**Compétences essentielles**
- Baccalauréat ou équivalent dans un domaine lié à l'informatique, à l'ingénierie, aux finances, aux systèmes d'information, à l’intelligence d’affaires, en administration des affaires ou tout autre domaine connexe;
- 5+ années d'expérience pertinente en tant que chef.fe de produit (_product owner_), gestionnaire de produit (_product manager_), en gestion opérationnelle de produit (_product operations_) et/ou en analyse d'affaires;
- Expert en visualisation de données;
- Expérience avec l'agrégation de données (SQL, NoSQL);
- Solides compétences analytiques et de résolution de problèmes;
- Excellent souci du détail; comprend l'importance de l'intégrité des données;
- Excellentes aptitudes de communication;
- Expérience avec UKG (atout)
