Responsabilités
Veiller à la santé, au confort et à la sécurité des clients.
Habiter obligatoirement sur place.
Les obligations incluent des heures au bureau et des heures de garde (à l’exception des jours de congé inscrits à l'horaire).

**Par travail en disponibilité, on entend notamment**: répondre aux appels, mener des visites de logements, intervenir aux situations d’urgence, traiter les plaintes logées après les heures de travail (plaintes de bruit), effectuer des tâches de nettoyage, maintenir les normes de qualité de l’immeuble, etc.
Assurer la communication quotidienne avec tous les associés de projet.
Percevoir le loyer et faire le suivi des défauts de paiement.
S’assurer que le taux d’inoccupation (réduit) et le budget (bénéfice d'exploitation net atteint ou excédé) sont réalisés pour chaque projet grâce à un service efficace aux résidents existants et potentiels.
Effectuer l'inspection des logements vacants et prochainement inoccupés.
Faire visiter et louer les logements.
S'assurer que toutes les demandes de location sont traitées conformément aux directives fournies.
Effectuer les inspections annuelles.
Préparer et effectuer les dépôts bancaires.
Réaliser des tâches administratives incluant le traitement de documents pour le projet ou pour les autres associés.
S'assurer que les entrepreneurs respectent le calendrier des travaux et les exécutent selon les modalités du contrat.
Assurer une gestion des stocks convenable et exacte.
Participer au déneigement, au besoin.
Entretien ménager, au besoin.
Effectuer des retouches de peinture, au besoin
Remplir les formulaires administratifs reliés au poste sur une tablette électronique.
Accomplir d'autres tâches confiées par le leader.

Exigences professionnelles
2 ans d'expérience en service à la clientèle, souhaitable
Diplôme d'études postsecondaires dans un domaine pertinent

Exigences techniques
Capacité d’apprendre et de s’adapter rapidement à différents systèmes informatiques et à toute nouvelle technologie
Connaissance du fonctionnement d'une tablette, un atout

Exigences non techniques
Solide détermination à offrir un excellent service à la clientèle
Ferme intention de bâtir des communautés meilleures pour tous les clients et les communautés avoisinantes
Capacité d'assumer la responsabilité de ses actes et décisions y compris de les mettre à exécution jusqu'à la résolution de la situation
Grande maîtrise des règles de l'étiquette au téléphone et excellente capacité d'écoute
Capacité exceptionnelle de résolution de problème et de prise de décision
Capacité de planification et d’organisation efficace jumelée à la capacité de gérer de multiples tâches et d’établir des priorités
Excellentes compétences en gestion du temps
Capacité de manipuler de l'information délicate et d'assurer la plus grande confidentialité
Capacité de rester calme et en contrôle dans une situation tout en faisant preuve de patience, d'empathie et de compréhension
Capacité de travailler de façon autonome (autogestion) de même qu’avec d’autres associés dans un esprit d’équipe
Capacité d'apprendre rapidement, de s'adapter au changement et d'être de nature plutôt flexible
Démontrer un haut niveau d'initiative et de détermination envers la réussite (aspirer vers la mission de Boardwalk)
État d’esprit axé sur la croissance, l'attitude positive, l'enthousiasme et la confiance en soi
Capacité à passer jusqu'à huit heures debout, à marcher, monter des escaliers et soulever des objets
Capacité à manipuler ou à soulever jusqu'à 10 kg à l'aide de l'équipement approprié
