**Installer**

**E&L Lighting** is a leading provider of manufacturing support services to the global automotive industry. E&L Lighting’s installation team is an important part of the company and provides essential services in the manufacturing process.

**Position Overview**:
The Installer position is responsible for delivering exceptional service and support to customers through the installation of new equipment and the operation of industrial robots. The Installer provides assistance to the Customer Service Manager and other employees as needed.

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Installation of new equipment in customer’facility or in their manufacturing plant
- Assist other employees with special projects or duties as needed
- Assist with equipment adjustments or troubleshooting as needed
- Follow all safety procedures and keep work area clean and safe
- Communicate with Management about any issues or problems observed
- Follows all plant safety policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment for customers, employees, and equipment
- Capable of working in all weather conditions and heights
- Conducting routine maintenance on equipment or installations (replacement of parts, cleaning, etc.)and maintaining safe and clean work environment for others:)
- Performs other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma or GED preferred; Equivalent Experience Preferred.
- Ability to lift an average of 50 pounds. Ability to lift higher weight may be required by the customer or company.
- Must be able to work on your feet for extended periods of time in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to use various tools (plastic, metal, etc.)to perform job duties.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15 per week

**Salary**: From $15.00 per hour
