Associate Planner

As a skilled specialist, you will be responsible for the assessment and execution of the Master Plan, including acting as a backup for the packaging schedule when required, adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices, ISO, and the Company’s Quality System requirements. In this role, you will select, develop and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function. The Associate Planner assists in the resolution of non-conformances (NCMR’s), Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA’s), and customer complaints (CSRB’s). Additionally, you will troubleshoot processing problems and support continuous improvement activities to streamline processes and improve company metrics and meet goals.
Typically, this role requires post-secondary education and/or related experience in an analytical-related role. To succeed, you should exhibit strong communication skills (written and oral), as well as problem-solving skills. You should have a high attention to detail with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The anticipated base compensation for this position is $60,000 - $70,000. This role may also qualify for annual incentives and/or comprehensive benefits. The actual base compensation offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location of the position.
