**Annual Salary is negotiable, based on experience.**
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
- Daily reporting and record keeping - Office Communication, Public Health, child intake, staff hiring and management, CCLS, OCCMS, kitchen and janitorial management.
- Review kitchen log - weekly water flushing
- Random check on the kitchen fridge and ensuring that food is labeled
- Random checks on the classroom communication log and sleep checks
- Random checks on classroom responsibility
- Monthly fire drill
- Reviewing incident and illness reports
- Support the classrooms when seeing a pattern with the incident reports
- Staffing - Conducting in person interview for staff, welcome new staff,conduct staff reviews. Provide Staffing schedules at least 72 hours prior, providing staff schedules on a weekly basis (Friday before the next work week) perform random classroom checks, ensure staff files are complete and in compliance managing staff in a positive manner and understanding needs of the staff
- Finance - Monthly tuition, review staff time log for payroll week, maintain petty cash and visa
- Customer service - Provide superior service to families and respond to all inquiries, tours, issues and concerns within required timeframes. Preform virtual/in person tours and providing them with any questions or queries
- Social media -responsible for social media platforms, regular postings and answer parents inquiries through social media sites
- Inspections/investigations - Responsible for being involved in all Ministry inspections, third party inspections, CAS visits, and another other inspections or investigations conducted on site
- CCEYA/Policies and procedures implementation - Ensure the CCEYA andiKids policies and procedures are implemented and monitor staff forcompliance
- Policies and procedures - Ensure iKids policies are implemented and staffare monitored for compliance
- Programming -Ensure quality of programming meets the highest possiblestandard (Montessori and emergent curriculum)
- Meetings and workshops -Participate and interact in supervisor meetings,workshops and networking opportunities
- Track vacation and ensure coverage staff for sick leave and personal leave
- Keep staff up to date with Covid policies changes or any outbreaks
**Salary**: From $45,000.00 per year

**Experience**:
- Early Childhood Education: 2 years (required)
