**Position Overview**:
The Front of House Manager is tasked with assisting the restaurant in achieving service, sales, and profit objectives. They are responsible for supervising and directing daily work activities while ensuring a positive and memorable experience for guests.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Lead, develop, train, and motivate team members to create high-performing teams.
- Drive sales and guest counts through effective leadership and community involvement.
- Uphold sales and service standards to ensure an exceptional guest experience and maximize profits.
- Implement strategies to increase sales through local marketing efforts and execute corporate marketing programs.
- Provide clear feedback, recognition, coaching, and discipline to team members to manage performance effectively.
- Conduct productive pre-shift meetings and participate in weekly management meetings.
- Set an example of excellent guest service and team engagement.
- Control costs, maintain product quality, and exceed performance objectives.
- Manage day-to-day operations, including labor scheduling, inventory management, and team development.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, local health and safety regulations, and security policies.
- Assist in controlling profit and loss by following cash control procedures, managing inventory, and reviewing financial reports.
- Participate in recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training team members, as well as conducting performance appraisals and disciplinary actions.
- Assist in facility maintenance through a preventative maintenance program.
- Ensure food quality and 100% guest satisfaction.
- Create a safe working environment by promoting safe work behaviors among the team.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably in a similar environment.
- Proficiency in POS systems.
- Dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong team-building capabilities.
- Basic business math, accounting, and analytical skills.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
- Smart Serve Certificate and Food Handler’s Program Certificate.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $55,000.00 per year
