**Security Analyst Engineer - Customer-Facing Post-Sales**

**Overview**

Completely Managed Inc. is seeking a talented and customer-focused **Security Analyst Engineer** to join our Professional Services team.

As a key member of our organization, you will work closely with clients, providing expert guidance on network security, best practices, hardening operating systems, and multi-vendor environments.

**Responsibilities**
- **Industry Certs -** CompTIA Security+ is mandatory - CISSP highly desireable.

**Customer Consultation and Design**:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their network security requirements.
- Design customized solutions based on client needs, considering multi-vendor environments (Cisco, Fortinet, Dell, Microsoft, VMWare, AWS, CloudFlare etc.).
- Provide technical expertise during pre-sales discussions and post-sales implementation.

**Network Security Implementation**:

- Deploy, configure, and optimize IT and OT security solutions, including iDMZ, firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, Access Control and VPNs.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and recommend remediation strategies.

**Operating Systems and Platforms**:

- Expert Proficiency in Linux, Windows Server, Azure, and VMWare environments.
- Troubleshoot OS-related issues and optimize performance.
- Collaborate with system administrators to enhance overall system stability.

**SCADA - OT / ICS Environment Expertise**:

- Understand the unique security challenges in SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) systems.
- Implement security controls specific to SCADA networks.
- Address operational technology (OT) security & networking concerns and best practices.

**Customer Consulting and Support**:

- Consult on security best practices and product usage.
- Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain strong client relationships.

**Documentation and Reporting**:

- Create detailed technical documentation for implemented solutions.
- Generate regular reports on security incidents, performance, and compliance.

**Qualifications**
- **Education and Certifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Must have base Network Certs - CCNA, CCNP **(a must)**:

- Relevant certifications **CompTIA Security+ (a must) ** CISSP desireable, Other vendor-specific certifications.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in network security engineering.
- Multi-vendor experience (Cisco, Fortinet, Dell, VMWare, Microsoft etc.).
- Familiarity with SCADA systems and OT security.
- Strong consulting and communication skills.

**Additional Considerations**:

- Ability to travel to client sites as needed.
- Passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Strong knowledge of network architecture, protocols, and administration
- Experience with Agile methodologies and SDLC processes
- Knowledge of high availability systems and disaster recovery planning

Excellent communication skills are a must with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

**Salary**: $68,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
