We provide turnkey supply-chain service for construction material as well as crating/packaging/marshalling and shipping via Sealift, Ground Transport & Air. We manage the logistics and provide excellent customer service support along the way, by planning and paying attention to every detail.

**Position: Jr. Client Specialist**

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Responsible for providing quotes to new and existing customers, and Government Tenders
- Detail oriented and efficient at data entry.
- Provide quick and efficient customer service through order processing, product discrepancies and any other required communication.
- Actively pursue new business opportunities by prospecting into existing accounts, including cold calling and follow up of leads.
- Collaborate with Igloo’s internal teams including Operations, Purchasing, Accounting to drive necessary goals for key accounts,
- Operations team to ensure shipments are accurate and on time.
- Purchasing to support driving successful sales
- Accounting to assist with credit memos and payments.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Strong prioritization and organization skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Outgoing and willing to work extra hours.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with strict timelines.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Clear and concise communicator
- Proficient at using Microsoft 365
- Understanding construction blueprints would be an asset.
- Team player

**Salary**: $20.00-$27.40 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
