**Accounts Payable Associate - Montreal Office**
Fuze Logistics is a growing leader within the 3PL transportation space, with offices across North America. Fuze is quickly establishing themselves as a provider of choice across small mom & pop companies, all the way up to Fortune 500 companies.
We are looking for an **Accounts Payable Associate** to perform a variety of accounting tasks, who is well-organized, has the ability to multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment.
**Responsibilities**:
- Collect information, input data and validate in the accounting system to ensure accuracy of bills and invoices.
- Assisting with accounts receivables, accounts payables processing.
- Maintaining records and filing systems, highlight discrepancies, and update information when necessary.
- Performing other duties as required.
**Qualifications**:
- 2 years experience in a similar role.
- Intermediate level of Microsoft Excel.
- Bilingual French & English (both verbal and written).
- Customer service and multitasking skills.
- Ability to learn new software systems and manipulate data for insights.
- Positive outlook with the ability to adjust quickly to change.
- Detail-orientated, team player, and can also work autonomously.

Nous recherchons un Associé comptes payables pour effectuer diverses tâches comptables, qui soit bien organisé(e), capable de mener plusieurs tâches de front et de travailler dans un environnement en constante évolution.
**Responsabilités**:
Recueillir des informations, saisir des données et les valider dans le système comptable afin de garantir l'exactitude des factures.
Aider au traitement des comptes débiteurs et des comptes créditeurs.
Tenir à jour les dossiers et les systèmes de classement, mettre en évidence les divergences et mettre à jour les informations si nécessaire.
Effectuer d'autres tâches selon les besoins.
**Qualifications**:
2 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire.
Niveau intermédiaire de Microsoft Excel.
Bilingue français et anglais (à l'oral et à l'écrit).
Compétences en matière de service à la clientèle et de gestion multitâche.
Capacité à apprendre de nouveaux systèmes logiciels et à manipuler des données pour en tirer des enseignements.
Perspective positive et capacité à s'adapter rapidement au changement.
Souci du détail, esprit d'équipe et capacité à travailler de manière autonome.
