Reporting to the Store Manager and/or Senior Sales Consultant, the Customer Service Assistant is responsible for managing customer traffic and helping customers to the best of their abilities before handing them off to a Sales Consultant. In addition to this, they are also responsible for day to day administrative and cleaning tasks.

Key Responsibilities (but not limited too):

- Greet all customers within 2 seconds of entering the Store. Use probing questions to determine why they are in the Store, assist them if possible or direct them to Bell MTS Sales Consultant.
- Receive inventory and put stock away on shelves and pegs.
- Ensure every peg in the Store has product on it.
- Answer store calls within 3 rings.
- Process prepaid card and accessory sales.
- Perform lease, modem, and remote exchanges for customers.
- Take out all garbage and cardboard daily.
- Assist in all Store cleaning duties including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, dusting, wiping, and vacuuming.
- Sign for all incoming shipments received and alert Senior Sales Consultant that said shipments have arrived.

Hours for this position will be:
Tuesday-Friday 10 am to 6 pm Saturday 9 am to 5 pm (40 hours per week)

Tasks can be added to the job description at any time as directed by the Store Manager and/or Senior Sales Consultant. The Customer Service Assistant should always be productive.

**Salary**: $15.00 per hour
