**Job Description**:
**Service Concierge**

**Reports to**:Fixed Operations

**Primary Responsibilities**

The Service Concierge is responsible for ensuring all guests receive a world-class experience while checking in their vehicles for service and acquiring a loaner vehicle.

**Primary Duties**
- Responsible for team greeting customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtaining vehicle information.
- Assist with giving out and checking in loaner vehicles and writing contracts.
- Ensure that loaner vehicle contracts are kept up to date.
- Collect outstanding fines as well as toll and fuel charges from customers.
- Keep all loaner vehicle information up to date in BEEM Software System
- Maintain customer drop off area under breezeway free for customers to park when arriving
- Pick up and drop off customers as required (Shuttle)
- Assist with maintaining loaner fleet cleaning and fueling vehicles
- Parking customers vehicles in appropriate area of parking lot
- Maintaining clean environment customer breezeway

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years’ experience in a customer service environment
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and non-verbal), and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with rental cars
- High learning agility, strong capability for problem-solving, data analytic & decision making and comfortable with ambiguity
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while exhibiting tact, good judgment, diplomacy, and flexibility
- Excellent computer skills with a proven ability to learn new software with ease
