We are looking for a Full-Time **Clinic Practice Manager**

- Excellent communicator, both verbal and written, with an eye for detail and accuracy

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Management and communication oversight for front office, surgical and non-surgical teams
- HR administration (policy manual maintenance)
- Establish and maintain protocols and procedures for continued staff engagement
- Plan and monitor clinic budget to include quarterly reporting to ownership.
- Staff benefits plan administrator and point of contact
- Liaison to payroll company and preparation of timesheets
- Liaison to clinic bookkeeper
- Co-ordinate clinic maintenance
- Track productivity

**Salary**: $73,006.00-$87,000.00 per year
