**Résumé du poste**
- En tant que membre clé de l'équipe, vous jouerez un rôle vital dans le bon fonctionnement de notre entrepôt en préparant et en emballant méticuleusement les commandes des clients pour répondre à leurs attentes. Vos responsabilités s'étendront à la réception efficace et à l'organisation des matériaux entrants, à la vérification de leur exactitude et à la tenue de registres d'inventaire précis grâce à notre système de contrôle d'emplacement avancé. La sécurité, la propreté et un service à la clientèle exceptionnel sont primordiaux dans ce rôle.

**Fonctions**
- Réceptionner, vérifier, déballer et trier systématiquement les matériaux entrants pour maintenir un environnement d'entrepôt organisé.
- Traiter et emballer les commandes des clients avec précision et souci du détail, en garantissant l'exactitude en préparation pour l'expédition.
- Fournir un excellent service aux clients en personne, reflétant notre engagement envers la satisfaction de la clientèle.
- Maintenir des registres d'inventaire précis grâce à l'utilisation efficace de notre système de contrôle d'emplacement d'inventaire.
- Utiliser en toute sécurité l'équipement d'entrepôt conformément aux procédures de sécurité établies.
- Offrir un soutien de secours occasionnel au personnel de bureau.
- Respecter les normes de sécurité et de propreté de l'entrepôt.

**Exigences**
- Diplôme d'études secondaires ou équivalent.
- Minimum de 18 mois d'expérience en entrepôt préférée avec formation sur le tas.
- Certification en chariots élévateurs à mât rétractable et à contrepoids.
- Compétences de base en informatique sont bénéfiques.
- Fortes compétences organisationnelles pour une planification efficace des tâches.
- Compétences exceptionnelles en service à la clientèle avec la capacité d'interagir positivement avec les clients.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et capacité à travailler en collaboration au sein d'une équipe.
- Énergique, motivé et capable de travailler de manière autonome.
- Aptitude physique pour répondre aux exigences de levage et autres exigences physiques.
- Disponibilité pour des heures supplémentaires occasionnelles.

**Conditions de travail**

**Job Summary**

As a key team member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by meticulously picking and packing customer orders to meet their expectations. Your responsibilities will extend to efficiently receiving and organizing incoming materials, verifying their accuracy, and maintaining precise inventory records through our advanced locator control system. Safety, cleanliness, and exceptional customer service are paramount in this role.

**Job Duties**
- Receive, verify, unpack, and systematically sort incoming materials to maintain an organized warehouse environment.
- Process and pack customer orders with precision and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in preparation for shipping.
- Provide excellent service to walk-in customers, reflecting our commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through the effective utilization of our inventory locator control system.
- Safely operate warehouse equipment in adherence to established safety procedures.
- Offer occasional backup support to office personnel.
- Uphold warehouse safety and cleanliness standards.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- Minimum 18 months of warehouse experience preferred with on-the-job training.
- Certification in reach trucks and counterbalance forklifts
- Basic computer skills are beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills for effective job task planning.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with customers.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
- Physical fitness to meet lifting and other physical demands.
- Availability for occasional extra hours.
