- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure product consistency and compliance with industry standards IATF 16949:2016 and ISO9001:2015

- Conduct regular quality inspections of materials, components, and finished products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish quality metrics and performance goals
- Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Lead root cause analysis investigations for product defects or non-conformances
- Develop and implement corrective action plans to address quality issues
- Train and educate employees on quality control processes and procedures
- Monitor supplier performance and conduct supplier audits as needed

- Strong knowledge of QA/QC principles and practices
- Must have at least 2 years of experience working in the automotive industry
- Must be proficient in the following quality techniques: Geometrical tolerances, Statistical Quality Control/Statistical Process Control, of Cost of Quality, PPM, Customer Complaints, Supplier performance, and Supplier delivery performance, APQP, PPAP, design of experiments, CSI, part certification program.
- Proven experience in implementing quality management systems
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to fabricate data for analysis
- Strong potential for project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision in work
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in using quality inspection tools and equipment
- Ability to analyze data using statistical methods
- Supervisory Experience preferred
