**Job Title**:Business Planning specialist/ administrator

**Location**:Mississauga, Ontario

**Schedule**:8:30AM - 5:00PM **(Monday-Friday), one (1) hour unpaid lunch break included**

**Position Summary**

This position is responsible for supporting business management and top executives based on analytic skills. Responsibilities include but are not limited to communicating with HQ with reports, suggesting ideas to maximize efficiency of operation.

**Essential Job Duties**:
**1.** **Strategic Planning**
- Develop and identify growth strategies, and help organizations successfully implement and adopt their plans with an agile implementation process.
- Assist in researching and developing the organization's yearly and monthly business goals based on current business intelligence and market trends.

**2. Business Reports**
- Generate reports summarizing business, financial, or economic data
- Assist in preparing and presenting proposals to management.
- Communicate with internal parties and Head quarters to report business status accurately.

**3.** **Misc. Business Management**
- Regular update on status of operation management including contract process
- Department KPI set up and evaluation material for every quarter communicating with Korea HQ
- Ad - hoc reports

**Minimum Requirements**:
Excellent Excel skill is strongly preferred.

Skills & Knowledge: Strong analytic and decision-makingskills.

Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Strong communication skills, able to request instructions to internal & external parties in professional manner

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Korean speaker preferred.

**Salary**: $53,000.00-$78,000.00 per year
