Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
**Warehouse Management**:

- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including order picking, packing, and shipping.
- Prioritize manufacturing and inventory management to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
- Operate forklift safely and efficiently.

**Tenant Management**:

- Serve as point of contact for tenants on the industrial site.
- Address tenant inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.

**Customer Service**:

- Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.
- Resolve any issues related to orders, deliveries, or tenant services promptly.
- Foster positive relationships with tenants and customers to ensure satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar logistics role.
- Experience in property or tenant management is a plus.
- Valid forklift operator certification.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in inventory management.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in logistics, business management, or related fields are advantageous.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor tasks.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
