Warehouse Manager

A leading industry supplier of institutional and home care equipment is seeking talented, organized, and experienced individuals to Manage their Victoria Warehouse.
**Job Overview**:
Positions are responsible for day-to-day Warehouse Management. Hours for this role are full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Oversight and management of Warehouse team, including on-boarding, coaching and training new staff.
- Ensure timely completion of warehouse tasks, including oversight of shipping, receiving, inventory control, order picking, and other fulfillment duties.
- Manage vacation and time-off requests, liaising with HR and Payroll to ensure accurate attendance records.
- Supervise completion of equipment builds by technical staff to ensure order accuracy.
- Assisting with inventory controls such as barcoding and internal transfers of stock.
- Ensure overall Warehouse organization and cleanliness.
- Implementation and oversight of company policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.

- Ability to learn and work independently as well as within a team.
- Comfortable with computers - Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must have a friendly, positive attitude and possess the ability to have fun while working in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license.
