Peterbilt Southern Alberta is seeking a Mobile HD Technician with the drive and ambition to excel at our Lethbridge branch. This challenging role requires experience diagnosing and repairing heavy duty equipment, demonstrating proper and safe processes, with a strong level of customer service. Our industry is changing and developing quickly, so this individual should be willing to develop their skills and embrace new systems and technology with optimism. Above all, we are looking for an enthusiastic, positive individual who can be excited about continued improvements to serve our customers better.
Reporting to the Service Manager, this individual would have the opportunity to grow into a pivotal role in shaping the future of the Mobile Service Program and seeing it grow into a must have service for dealer groups.

**Duties to include, but are not limited to**:
- On site diagnosis, inspection, repair and service Heavy Truck and Trailer Equipment
- Provide excellent customer service and workmanship to customers
- Able to work efficiently in a team environment
- Work safely and ensure workspace is clean and organized
- Interpret work orders and technical manuals, write service reports
- Properly utilize systems for communication and cost tracking
- Travel to customers location to complete repair
**What we are looking for**:
- Certified Journeyman Heavy Duty Technician
- Previous dealer experience an asset
- Experience with PACCAR MX, Cummins, CAT engines
- Strong computerized diagnostic skills using manufacturer specific programs (ECAT, Service Ranger 4, Davie4, Cummins Insite, Cat ET, Bendix, etc.)
- Organized, clean, safe, and professional
- Strong communication skills

Pay: $83,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
