**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers in selecting eyewear that fits their style, prescription needs, and lifestyle.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest eyewear trends and technologies.
- Conduct frame adjustments and repairs.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing personalized service and expert advice.
- Work closely with the optometrist and other team members to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Manage inventory, including ordering frames, lenses, and accessories.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines and industry standards.
- Availability to work weekends

**Qualifications**:

- Licensed Optician in Ontario (must be registered with the College of Opticians of Ontario).
- Proven experience in a retail optical setting.
- Strong knowledge of current eyewear trends and a keen fashion sense.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
