Hanson Canada is seeking a talented and innovative **Representative, Student Recruitment** to join our dynamic team. This is a temporary 2-month contract position.

**What You Will Do**
- Conduct daily and ongoing outreach activities to recruit new students through networking opportunities.
- Establish and maintain rapport with students and staff to promote referrals and enhance the recruitment process.
- Provide accurate information and guidance to prospective students throughout the enrollment process.
- Maintain detailed records of recruitment activities and student interactions.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor to support the overall goals and objectives of the recruitment team.

**What You Will Bring**
- Minimum of 1 year demonstrated experience in student recruitment or a sales-related field.
- Post-secondary degree or diploma from a recognized university or community college.
- Ability to identify and convert leads into enrolled students.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Highly motivated and results-driven, with a commitment to achieving enrollment goals.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willingness to work in-person in Brampton and on weekends as required.

**Schedule**

Shifts will be assigned by supervisor between Monday to Sunday, 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

**Supplemental pay types**

Hourly rate plus commission
