**JOB SUMMARY**

Reporting to the Distribution and Logistics Operations Director, the Warehouse/Logistics Support Coordinator is primarily responsible for managing warehouse operations in Canada and in the USA. He will be the first point of contact for warehouses in the event of logístical and other distribution problems. The incumbent will also coordinate inter-warehouse transfers.

**MAIN RESPONSABILITIES**

**Responsible for transactions with external warehouses (3PL)**
- Daily supervision of external warehouse transactions and inventory management, ensuring that all required processes are completed on time.
- Communication with the various warehouses under his/her responsibility to prioritize daily outbound orders, according to customer deadlines (including tracking and scheduling shipments in the customers’ TMS).
- Product Movement Coordination and planning, including storage and dispatch.
- BOL and ASN management for different customers when required.
- Inter-warehouse transfer management.
- Documentation of order and transaction pertinent information in the ERP system (Epicor).
- Monitoring productivity and performance of each warehouse (KPI).
- Training and supporting warehouses on our internal systems (ERP Epicor, SOP, etc.) and on FEDEX invoice management.

**Management of carrier delinquency and penalties**
- To ensure accuracy and completeness of each mailing (inbound and outbound).
- To analyze each problematic shipment and investigate to find the source of error.
- To document all relevant information according to internal procedures.
- To manage ticket files on the various supplier platforms (from creation to closure).
- To ensure proper follow-up of carrier delinquencies and penalties (including dispute mechanism).

**Inventory management, Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)**
- To manage merchandise returns to warehouses.
- To rigorously monitor inventory discrepancies with the Inventory and Customer Service Teams.
- To ensure the creation of an RMA and follow up with Customer Service and the warehouse.

**REQUIREMENTS, QUALITIES AND SKILLS**:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Operations and Logistics Management (OLM) or College Diploma in transportation logistics or related field.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years experience in warehouse coordination or transportation logistics.
- In-depth knowledge of inventory monitoring, including penalty management.
- Any combination of relevant training and experience will be considered.
- English advanced level and French - oral and written communication skills
- Thoroughness.
- Perseverance.
- Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously / organizational skills.
- Communication skills.
- Ability to learn.
- Analytical skills to effectively identify sources of problems.
- Proficiency in Office suite, in particular Excel and Outlook.
- Self-motivation.
