**Job Duties and Responsibilities**
- Coordinate assessment procedures with patients and families.
- Learn the administration and scoring of psychological tests and instruments.
- Administer specified psychological tests to specified patients as requested bystaff and contracted psychologists.
- Score tests and submits results to staff and contracted psychologists.
- Provide feedback to staff psychologists on the patients’ behaviour and attitudeduring testing sessions.
- Observe possible clinical indicators related to the diagnostic category of thepatient and report back to staff and contract psychologists.
- Assist with preparation of psychological assessment reports.
- Respond to patient inquiries about the services of psychologists and other clinicclinicians.
- Ask patients questions to complete intake forms or other documents.
- Help patients complete health history forms.
- Operate office equipment such as voice mail messaging systems, photocopiers,fax machines, printers, and document scanners.
- Keep psychometry areas clean, orderly, and stocked with supplies, and maintaininventory of psychometry materials.
- Use word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation software to prepare psychological documentation.
- Perform other related duties as required.
**Job Requirements**
- Undergraduate degree in psychology or education.
- 1-2 years of experience working directly with children and youth.
- Criminal record check for working with vulnerable populations.
- Preference may be given to applicants with a graduate degree in psychology oreducational psychology, or graduate level training in Level B assessment.
- Preference may be given to applicants with more than two years of experience working with children and youth, or with prior experience as a psychometrist.

Pay: $25.00-$50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
