**Responsibilities**:

- Manage client relationships.
- Handle customer complaints by providing solutions, often within a time limit to ensure the customer is satisfied.
- Helping customer make orders.
- Recommend improvements to client's products.
- Implement changes.
- Demonstrate a professional appearance.

**Requirements**:

- At least one year working experience,
- Attention to detail,
- Patience to be able to stay calm in an intense environment,
- Ability to multitask since some tasks will require a Customer Success Representative to communicate with multiple customers at one time,
- Having customer service experience will be a bonus,
- fluent in oral and written English, fluent in oral Mandarin will be a bonus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour
