Fleet Coordinator

As a **Fleet Coordinator**, you will be responsible for dispatch and fleet tasks that support timely response of issues for our drivers including first call resolution and allow for increased driver satisfaction and service excellence to our fleet. You will act as a point of resource to offer support to the Fleet Managers with transactional duties such as but not limited to: NSPR’s, Pay Review, Tractor Management & Driver management notably part timers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the dispatch team and Fleet Managers in all areas of operations. This includes tractor management and ensuring the tractor administration is accurate.
- Key support resource for driver pay management and NSPR’s. Available to review driver pay statements and follow up and get back to drivers accordingly on any concerns.
- Responsible for staying connected and engaged in transactional support for the Fleet Dispatcher and Fleet Manager team ensuring Dispatch is aware and acting on the needs of the department.
- Assisting resolve Driver/dispatch issues as they occur. Being a resource for the dispatch team to bridge between Fleet Manager and step in if not available while keeping our goal of efficiency, cost control and driver satisfaction in mind.
- Monitoring if current schedules are working; work with planning team for recommendations based on trends. This includes Daily Fleet Now/ Updates.
- Building on existing relationships within the company, the FC will work to manage issues as they arise, answer inquiries and take the lead to ensure our Driver’s experience the best from Bison.
- Act as a resource and back up for Driver Managers while absent or on vacation.

**Qualifications**:

- You must have dispatch experience in order to be considered for this role.
- Dedicated experience providing customer service in a similar work environment.
- Well organized, an excellent communicator and have a keen sense of timeliness.
- Demonstrated attention to detail, communication, problem solving and planning abilities.
- Ability to multitask and to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent problem solving abilities.

**Shift Available: Sunday to Thursday, 08:00 - 17:00.**
