Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Advertising Sales Representative to join our team. As an Advertising Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business, managing client accounts, and maximizing sales revenue. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and has a strong understanding of the radio advertising industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and prospect potential clients in the market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiate advertising contracts
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective advertising strategies
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction

**Skills**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology or advertising industry
- Knowledge of CRM software
- Excellent account management and business development skills
- Ability to effectively market and sell advertising solutions
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Proficiency in analyzing market data and identifying trends
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $34,966.00-$38,450.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
