About the role:_**
We are seeking a passionate, self-starter to be our new **Manager of Execution Excellence, Business to Business** to manage the operational execution and process improvement of our OSL Direct, Bell Authorized B2B sales division.

What you’re responsible for:_**
- Develop and manage the successful execution of all program integration to ensure achievement of sales operational excellence
- Work closely with our client, Bell’s B2B operations team to establish and manage the operational priorities and projects to ensure sales ops success
- Collaborate and strategize with OSL Direct Sales Director and operations team to plan operational execution, assess strategy, optimize & improve current processes, create new measurement KPI’s to evaluate success
- Analysis of current operational process optimize ROI
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of all programs
- Host sales meetings, quarterly business reviews to all levels of management
- Sales performance reporting and analysis on a daily basis
- Provide daily, weekly, monthly performance reporting
- Ensure project deadlines and deliverables are met
- Managing team headcount by driving recruitment and retention initiatives
- Various other duties as require

What to expect:_**
- Flexibility to work various schedules including days, evenings, and weekends
- Willingness to travel on a national scope, overnight travel will be required)
**_ To be successful and join our team:_**
- Minimum 5 years sales operations experience
- Post-secondary degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Excellent interpersonal skills, critical thinker, and people development skills
- Able to develop strong business and personal relationships with Bell Canada’s management team
- Customer service-oriented, teamwork and collaboration, adaptability, and Initiative
- Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to anticipate challenges and opportunities, and develop effective action plans
- Ability to work in a cross functional team at the divisional and corporate level
- Exhibit excellent decision-making skills
- Excellent communication, written and analytical skills
- Proven time management skills in a fast-paced environment
