**Product & Marketing Manager - Richmond Hill, Ontario**

Since our founding as a regional distributor of sunglasses in 1969, SRP has grown into an international leader providing in-store merchandising solutions to a wide variety of retail partners and their consumers. We have built relationships with thousands of international, national, and regional retailers who rely on our customized solutions in more than 60,000+ locations across the U.S. and Canada. With warehouse facilities in both countries and service reps covering all regions of both countries, there isn't a retail location we can't service.

**For this role we will look to you to**:

- Develop and procure product, packaging, artwork, POP, etc. to support company brand & marketing directives
- Prepare material to support sales team, including presentations, products catalogues, sell sheets, digital sales materials, and newsletters
- Working with the team to develop integrated marketing strategies to capture & convert the growing demand for our products
- Establish promotional strategies and monitor results to uncover insights that inform the effectiveness of our efforts & long-term direction
- Develop product planograms based on various displayer types, retailer requirements, merchandise/stock requirements
- Analyze sales data to maximize sales for regular updates to product assortment and future planograms
- Communicate with domestic and international vendors in the production of product and print materials such as POP & packaging
- Organize and coordinate events and tradeshows from planning to execution, including design & procurement of tradeshow POS Material

**Experience/Qualifications**
- Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in a related field
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop)
- Excellent project management, organization, and communication skills, and attention to detail
- Exemplary communications skills - the ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to a new system and environment.
- Proficiency in MS office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Ability to independently manage time in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Ability to work effectively and creatively within a team environment as well as independently
- Creative, open-minded, resourceful, innovative

Pay: $75,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
