We are looking for an experienced **Lead Hand** to join our team at Blue Water Wash in Blumenort, Manitoba.

**Hours of Work**
- Monday - Friday, Evening Shift

**Responsibilities include**
- Working with Management & Leadership to run the shift
- Proficient Oral & Written communication skills
- Washing equipment as required
- Ensuring trailer washes meet specifications
- Ensuring SOP’s are followed
- Providing excellent customer service by phone and in person
- Movement of Livestock Trailer with Yard Truck or Customer Semi’s
- Light duty repairs & maintenance at facility
- Maximize efficiencies on the shift
