**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Technicians to join our team. As a Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various residential homes; a hands-on role that requires excellent time management skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and manager.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in English
- Access to a cell phone with data usage
- Availability Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM
- Must have a valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle

**Duties**:

- Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies as needed
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other surfaces as required
- Operate power tools and hand tools to complete cleaning tasks
- Assist with equipment maintenance, such as minor repairs or maintenance tasks
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Adhere to company policies and maintain a high standard of cleanliness
