Our Employment Programs support individuals to meet their employment goals so that they meet their potential and make meaningful impacts in their communities. We support our Employer Partners by connecting them to individuals committed to meeting their needs.

Reporting to the Manager, Employment Programs, the Supervisor, Employment Services will lead Springboard’s Employment Services program and provide oversight of Employment Programs projects (e.g., digital media projects).

**WAYS YOU CAN CONTRIBUTE**
- Collaborate with service agencies and employment programs (e.g., Employment Ontario and City of Toronto) to support emerging strategic projects, partnerships, service agreements and community development initiatives that meet the needs of Springboard and the community it serves
- Collaborate with the Employment Programs leadership team to assess, develop and evaluate innovative and sustainable programs that support individuals to meet their employment goals as well as meet the needs of the community and Employer partners.
- Coach and develop a staff team of 15 to enable high performance and support them in achieving their goals
- Ensure program deliverables are met, including meeting deadlines, completion of reports and managing or shifting priorities to meet expectations and aligning with Springboard policies and procedures
- Oversee the day-to-day aspects of the program, including ensuring the workplace is a safe and supportive environment
- Oversight of program projects, e.g., digital media programs, proposals for new programs to ensure program deliverables are met

**WHO YOU ARE**

**Education/Experience**
- Post-secondary education in the Marketing, Human Resources and/or Human Services field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a leadership role
- Experience in management, design, implementation and evaluation of employment programming and community outreach, marketing and placement of multi-barriered, clientele in the Employment Services sector
- Working knowledge of Employment/Training programs (Employment Ontario and City of Toronto) and relevant counseling practices

**Skills/Abilities**
- Strong Leadership skills to foster an inclusive space where staff can thrive.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicated effectively with all stakeholders, including individuals supported, staff, funders
- Financial skills to oversee the program, including budget and contract proposals, overseeing financial and recording procedures, payroll, statistics and other related activities.
- Ability to resolve conflict in ways that are respectful and align with Springboard values.
- Ability to build and develop relationships with all stakeholders
- Program planning and development skills to implement, evaluate and modify new and existing programs as needed.
