**Finance Admin (PART TIME RENEWABLE CONTRACT - HYBRID) MUST KNOW QB**
**$30 - $35 an hour; 50 - 60 hours per month**

This role reports to the V.P of Finance and the President. A typical month for the Finance Admin includes the following tasks:

- Weekly PO summary report **(Excel)**:

- Weekly staff hours summary report **(Excel)**:

- Preparing bi-weekly reports for accounts payable **(Excel)**:

- Following up on accounts receivables **(Outlook)**:

- Preparing and entering monthly invoices in QuickBooks **(QB)**:

- Preparing monthly deposit statements **(QB and Excel)**:

- Entering bills into QuickBooks **(QB)**:

- Ensuring bills have been allocated to the corresponding timesheets **(Excel)**:

- Entering payments/ deposits into QuickBooks **(QB)**:

- Paperwork: Printing and filing invoices and corresponding payments into monthly folders

The **Finance Admin** must have the following attributes:

- Relentless attention to detail
- Comfort with QuickBooks
- Exceptional skills with the MS Excel
- Excellent organizational skills
- Adept at corresponding on TEAMS
- Bachelor’s degree and / or D.E.C., A.E.C
- Minimum of 2 years’ admin / office experience
- A team player with a collaborative approach
- High level of professionalism
- References that can attest to your skill level in QB and MS Excel

**Complimentary Skills**:

- Experience or a passion for the healthcare sector
- Experience with marketing
- A passion for customer service/client management
- Bilingual in English and French
