Job Responsibilities

1. Arrange appointments to meet potential new clients, referral sources and clinics and complete the necessary intake documentation at intake.

3. Assist the team and clients with verbal and written communication and translate documents provided by clients. Data entry will be required to ensure client files are updated.

4. Represent the Firm at monthly marketing events.

5. Assist the legal team with other day-to-day tasks as needed, from initial contact to final delivery, you will manage the client-lawyer relationship and ensure top-notch customer service.

6. Integrate into the firm’s culture and work collaboratively with legal team

7. Conduct discovery calls and strategize on opportunity generation

Job Requirements:
1. Fluent communication in Chinese, excellent oral and written communication skills in English. Preferably can speak Mandarin and Cantonese.

2. Serious and responsible work, with the ability to follow up cases.

3. Be proficient in using MS Office office software and Google system.

4. Be able to speak Cantonese and Mandarin

5. Ability to multi-task and prioritize

Pay: $16.55-$31.10 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- North York, ON M5M 4A8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person
