**Maintenance I**

professionals, Armour is presently seeking a **Maintenance I** to join our Commercial Operations
team.

designated area of the commercial portfolio. They will be physically comfortable completing
repairs and maintenance work and will be required to undertake unit maintenance when
tenants vacate.

The Maintenance I will have the ability to follow instructions and implement company practices
and procedures while maintaining open and fluid communication with team members.

with a passion for delivering the highest level of customer service is a must. Experience with
minor maintenance work and repairs and familiarity with electrical, mechanical, and plumbing
systems is also considered an asset. The Maintenance I will be required to have a reliable vehicle
to travel to and between buildings in Dartmouth and Halifax.
