**Overview**
The Project Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of flooring sales and installation projects from inception to completion. Acting as the central point of contact between clients, sales teams, suppliers, and installation crews, the Project Coordinator is responsible for managing schedules, tracking materials, and ensuring that all aspects of the project run seamlessly. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the customer.

**Responsibilities**
- Generate and process purchase orders (POs) for materials and supplies.
- Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
- Create work orders for production or operational tasks.
- Develop and manage job schedules, coordinating with internal teams to meet deadlines.
- Monitor and update project schedules to reflect changes or delays.
- Maintain accurate records of materials, work orders, and scheduling data.
- Communicate with teams to ensure clarity on job priorities and timelines.
- Assist in tracking inventory levels and initiating restock orders as needed.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Organizational Skills**: Strong ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- **Communication**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with clients, vendors, and team members effectively.
- **Problem-Solving**: Quick and resourceful in addressing scheduling conflicts, supply chain issues, or unexpected challenges.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Familiarity with project management software, spreadsheets, and scheduling tools.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Understanding of flooring products, installation techniques, and relevant safety standards is preferred.
- **Detail-Oriented**: Keen attention to detail to ensure all materials and schedules align with project requirements.

Pay: $22.00-$34.01 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week
