When you join the Accommodations team you are joining the “hub” of inbound information requests for our
onsite options including room reservations, dining, golf, tennis, Fitness Centre and new home site tours. You excel
in a fast-paced environment and possess the ability to multitask keeping great attention to details.

**WHAT TO EXPECT**:
Reporting to the Front Office Accommodations Manager, this position is responsible for providing exceptional
- Act as an ambassador to up-sell and promote all the development’s products and services.

- Provide appropriate reservations and/or booking solutions with a friendly and personalized approach.
- Process reservations and accurately entering them into the respective reservation system(s).
- Input rooming lists, collect payments and group amendments.
- Comply with all standard operating procedures and policies of Predator Ridge Resort.

**WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Experience with MS Office.
- Must have strong interpersonal, communication and listening skills.
- Must be able to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous customer service an asset.
- WHMIS.
- Flexibility of work availability which includes weekends and holidays.

**COMPENSATION:
- $18.50 per hour
