**Position Overview**

EHtel is a local Telecommunications company that specializes in Rural Internet, TV, and Home Phone connections using Fibre Optic and Wireless technology solutions.

As a Social Media Content Creator with EHtel, you will be a key contributor to our brand's digital presence and engagement strategies. Your role will encompass managing the company’s social media platforms, creating captivating visual content, and crafting compelling narratives that resonate with our target audience. **Reports to: Director of Customer Experience**

**The duties include, but are not limited to**:

- Build and manage social media calendar.
- Create social media content such as videos, photos, and blog entries aimed at increasing brand/company awareness, products and services, and any special projects or promotions.
- Strategically manage and oversee the company's social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn ensuring consistent engagement and content relevance.
- Identify optimal social media channels based on target demographics for effective message promotion.
- Analyze social media trends and data and recommend refinements to enhance the organization's outreach and engagement strategies.
- Enhance SEO content for products to optimize search visibility.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align messaging and campaigns.
- Ensure that the voice, tone, and style are consistently and appropriately reflected in all digital communication.
- Ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.

**Required Qualifications, Skills, and Experience**:
Experience managing various social media platforms demonstrated knowledge of how to grow and engage the audience.

Proficient using various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

Strong written communications skills with excellent attention to detail and a demonstrated excellence in copywriting.

Knowledge of digital marketing principles and best practices.

Understanding of SEO principles and experience in optimizing content for search engines.

**Working Conditions**:

**Job Type**: Contract

**Hours of Work**: 12 hours per week (flexible schedule)

**Pay**: $23 an hour

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 12 per week
