Customer Master Data Administrator

Reporting to the Manager, Customer Operations, the Customer Master Data Administrator is responsible for managing and administering the customer master data process across the enterprise, ensuring high levels of data quality, integrity, accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all business systems (SAP, Salesforce, SharePoint). The Customer Master Data Administrator will also create and maintain user accounts for the March Networks Partner Portal within defined roles and processes.They will support and interact with other departments to accomplish key tasks, and will provide reporting as required.
**Duties**:

- Works with other departments (Sales, Training, Finance, Legal) to create new and/or updates existing master data within our ERP system (SAP), our CRM system (Salesforce), SharePoint and our Partner Portal, ensuring accurateness and completeness of information, with all required approvals
- Documents and maintains master data management processes, governance, policies and tools to define and manage the master data requirements. Responsible for data integrity of customer master data across all business systems
- Proposes and recommends future approaches and/or corrective action in order to continuously improve data integrity and related processes
- De-activates customer accounts in all business systems (e.g. when a CSP is terminated) and updates records as appropriate
- Sets Customer Payment terms (SAP) as required by Finance
- Periodic cleansing of master data in line with archiving strategy
- Administers the creation / rejection and maintenance of user accounts in the partner portal in accordance with prescribed procedures. Assigns appropriate roles to portal users, which are used to determine access privileges on the portal. Removes access as required. Manages Approval process for Portal Access. Interacts with Customers as required, in performing duties related to Partner Portal Access.
- Administers the creation/rejection and maintenance of User accounts in the Developer’s Portal.
- Co-ordinates and manages CSP on-boarding / contract process, working with Sales Managers, Customer Operations and the Legal Department (Salesforce).
- Manages Sales Account Owner to ensure proper Sales Compensation (Sales Compensation Change Notifications)
- Designated back-up for processing of Customer Purchase orders and Repair orders (SAP)
- Perform all other related duties as assigned

**Education**:

- Certificate or Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, information technology or related field
- 2+ years business experience

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Salesforce (Sales Cloud) experience would be an asset
- SAP user experience in SD module would be an asset
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Tools
- Strong analytical skills, adept at reviewing information for accuracy, with high attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confident, resourceful, independent. Ability to self-manage and takes initiative
- Ability to assess existing processes and recommend improvements
- Ability to prioritize activities in a frequently changing environment
