Client Support Representative

The **Client Support Representative** plays a crucial role in ensuring that customer needs and expectations are met in a dynamic work environment. This position requires the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently while providing exceptional customer service. You will act as a liaison between our clients and various departments, including production and sales, to foster positive relationships and support our commitment to client satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently in a dynamic work environment.
- Collaborate with production and sales departments to meet customer needs and expectations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Ensure accuracy in order processing and customer communications through keen attention to detail.
- Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Adapt to changing customer demands and company processes as needed.
- Conduct data management and analysis using Microsoft Excel.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Excel.
