**Contributions**: Competent individual contributor. Executes assigned project work, evaluating new hypotheses, designing & maintaining products, packages, devices - in given time frames, in ways that meet objectives.
**Leadership**: Plans own work supporting projects, delivering it reliably, punctually, ensuring quality content & sharing learnings.
**Technical**: Builds category understanding of ELC products, packages / devices. Uses their technical knowledge to generate & analyse data. Recognizes & flags unexpected learnings.
**Organizational**: Develops knowledge & acceptance of company culture, resources, processes etc. Competent in standard operating procedures & methodologies. Builds understanding of category.
Builds understanding of the category - global business, industry & consumer environment.

**Qualifications**:
Minimum Bachelor of Science required, Masters or Ph.D an asset
1-2 years related experience
Hybrid work model
Project management and multi-tasking skills.
Organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Team player with groups both inside and outside of the organization.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of chemistry and broad cosmetic/drug regulatory experience preferred.
